John Crispin 3cebaf773d schema: remove default accounting interim interval ...

The schema defaulted the RADIUS accounting interim interval to 60
seconds, which always overrode values sent by the RADIUS server in
the Access-Accept. Remove the default so hostapd can use the
server-provided value when no explicit interval is configured.
