* Fix "redeclared without dllimport attribute..." warning for MinGW
* Use 'POCO_COMPILER_MSVC' instead of '_MSC_VER'.
* Define 'POCO_COMPILER_MINGW' with 'POCO_COMPILER_GCC' too
* Define 'POCO_UNUSED' for Clang too
