WIFI-672: Update firmware versions to replace with the ones built on 18 aug

Note: The Update clause is needed for the existing deployed CloudSDK systems which have
old firmware versions.
Once all the systems are updated, we can remove the update clause on conflict and instead
replace with Do Nothing.

during initial schema creation.
Also set the value of "autoUpgradeDeprecatedOnBind" to NEVER to prevent
opensync-gw pushing the firmware to the AP automatically.
We will update the value to ALWAYS when the AP builds are stable.
