Replace band-specific hardcoded valid_channels lists with phys[0].channels which is already filtered by the driver based on hardware capabilities and regulatory domain. Remove invalid channels (173, 184, 192) from the 40MHz channel_list. Add filter in template to skip channels not in phy.channels.
