Reactor Scram	3b1667cfe3	feat(windows): show whether files are still being counted (#3007) ... I've also removed the 200 ms sleep I was using for debugging. Reactor Scram	391ec1e50d	Windows changes (#2795) ... Many of these commits are in #2757 too.
