Why:
* This commit updates the 500 error page in the portal to have the same
look and feel of the 404 error page in order to be consistent within the
portal UI.
This ensure that we run prettier across all supported filetypes to check
for any formatting / style inconsistencies. Previously, it was only run
for files in the website/ directory using a deprecated pre-commit
plugin.
The benefit to keeping this in our pre-commit config is that devs can
optionally run these checks locally with `pre-commit run --config
.github/pre-commit-config.yaml`.

Why:
* JumpCloud directory sync was requested from customers. JumpCloud only
offers the ability to use it's API with an admin level access token that
is tied to a specific user within a given JumpCloud account. This would
require Firezone customers to give an access token with much more
permissions that needed for our directory sync. To avoid this, we've
decide to use WorkOS to provide SCIM support between JumpCloud and
WorkOS, which will allow Firezone to then easily and safely retrieve
JumpCloud directory info from WorkOS.

Why:
* To allow syncing of users/groups/memberships from an IDP to Firezone,
a custom identify provider adapter needs to be created in the portal
codebase at this time. The custom IDP adapter created in this commit is
for Okta.
* This commit also includes some additional tests for the Microsoft
Entra IDP adapter. These tests were mistakenly overlooked when finishing
the Entra adapter.
