Jamil de3919fb69 Add SupportOptions component and utm_source for links (#1219 )

This PR also moves to `yarn` for docs package management for improved
speed, security, and developer experience. Docusaurus prefers yarn.

This website is built using Docusaurus 2, a modern static website generator.

Installation

yarn

Local Development

yarn run start

This command starts a local development server and opens up a browser window. Most changes are reflected live without having to restart the server.

Build

yarn run build

This command generates static content into the build directory and can be served using any static contents hosting service.

Deployment

Deployment happens automatically when a new version is published. See the publish_docs CI workflow.
