Thomas Eizinger c85348a25f fix(snownet): don't log addresses twice (#3711 )

The `from` address is already logged as part of the `decapsulate` span
in the `Node`. The `local` address isn't that interesting thus noise
most of the time.

You shouldn't need to build connlib directly; it's typically built as a dependency of one of the other Firezone components. See READMEs in those directories for relevant instructions.
