Thomas Eizinger 1882b58bc4 fix(connlib): format with cargo fmt (#1709 )

Runs `cargo fmt` on the entire `rust/` directory. This somehow doesn't
seem to be enforced, I think that is because we changed the previous CI
to now only run for the `relay` crate.

I'd like to merge this first to avoid the diff and in a 2nd PR, we can
work on unifying CI again.

Building Connlib

You'll need a Rust toolchain installed if you don't have one already. We recommend following the instructions at https://rustup.rs.
rustup show will install all needed targets since they are added to rust-toolchain.toml.
Follow the relevant instructions for your platform:

Linux
Windows

Apple

Connlib should build successfully with recent macOS and Xcode versions assuming you have Rust installed. If not, open a PR with the notes you found.
