Jamil 7faacd931c fix(portal): Add provider icon to identity/group badges (#4947 )

- Makes the group badges a little easier on the eyes, and reduces their
size to improve layout flow a bit. Allows to more quickly identity
provider adapters at-a-glance.
- Fix group badge wrapping so that long group names don't flow into the
next table cell

Fixes #4905

Web

To start your Phoenix server:

Run mix setup to install and setup dependencies
Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
