Andrew Dryga 34f42cb761 feat(portal): Accept hardware identifier fields and reset verification when they are changed (#6914 )

If previous value is **null then** a new value is persisted and
verification is **not removed**.
If previous value is **not null** then a new value is persisted and
verification is **removed**.

To start your Phoenix server:

Run mix setup to install and setup dependencies
Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
