Jamil b9af724944 fix(ux): Improve resource creation form and traffic filters (#5983 )

- Adds `radio_button_group` to style radio buttons as big buttons
- Tweaks `inline_errors` so that `w-full` doesn't apply; this fixes the
input width from jumping when errors pop up
- Fixes #4979 
- Fixes #5239

To start your Phoenix server:

Run mix setup to install and setup dependencies
Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
