Jamil bc6abb55e5 Document auto-create users more clearly in SAML setup guides (#1364 )

There's been some confusion lately over the change to disable
auto-create users by default, so this PR aims to document the choice a
little more clearly.

Website

This website is built using Docusaurus 2, a modern static website generator.

Installation

yarn

Local Development

yarn run start

This command starts a local development server and opens up a browser window. Most changes are reflected live without having to restart the server.

Build

yarn run build

This command generates static content into the build directory and can be served using any static contents hosting service.

Deployment

Deployment happens automatically when a new version is published. See the publish_docs CI workflow.
