Jamil d3f45b5285 Rename Authorizations -> Activity (#2979 )

Authorizations creates confusion with Authentication. What this is
referring to most closely resembles "Network Activity", so renaming to
Activity.

To start your Phoenix server:

Run mix setup to install and setup dependencies
Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server
