7014da1e07 docs: Files/directories structure reorganization 
- Move 'include' directory into '/common'
- Move common images (logos, LuCI pages, etc) to 'images'
  subdirectory of '/common' directory.
- Use absolute paths instead of relative for all resources
  in '/common' (includes and images).

Documentation for meta-tanowrt-hsl-baikal was moved and
converted to Sphinx main documentation directory. In addition
to moving the documentation a minor update was made

2bfc5df68f hsl-baikal: Add initial HSL layer for Baikal SoC based devices 
Added initial support for Baikal Electronics MBM 1.0/2.0 boards with
Baikal BE-M1000 SoC. Currently implemented support only booting TanoWrt
from first USB flash drive.
