- Move 'include' directory into '/common'
- Move common images (logos, LuCI pages, etc) to 'images'
subdirectory of '/common' directory.
- Use absolute paths instead of relative for all resources
in '/common' (includes and images).

Currently, the documentation includes only a brief (preliminary)
description of the meta-tanowrt-hsl-rockchip layer and for the
supported by it boards.
