7014da1e07 docs: Files/directories structure reorganization 
- Move 'include' directory into '/common'
- Move common images (logos, LuCI pages, etc) to 'images'
  subdirectory of '/common' directory.
- Use absolute paths instead of relative for all resources
  in '/common' (includes and images).

e57d7e0936 docs: Move meta-tanowrt-hsl-baikal documentation to Sphinx 
Documentation for meta-tanowrt-hsl-baikal was moved and
converted to Sphinx main documentation directory. In addition
to moving the documentation a minor update was made
in descriptions and photos for Baikal based boards.
