* added new CMake option `ENABLE_MEMORY_STATUS` to restore the old behavior
   (and increase performance)
 * splitted `ENABLE_MEMORY_PROFILING` into `ENABLE_MEMORY_STATUS` and `ENABLE_MEMORY_PROFILING`
