According to the Felix comment [1], the CONFIG_WIFI_SCRIPTS_UCODE
parameter needs to be set to enable MLO feature.

Use EEPROM commits as a patch for mt76 for bpi-r4
...
It was just difficult to keep up to date mt76 branch, then update SHA
for openwrt package etc. Right now, build would be more close to
vanilla OpenWrt, but it will include EEPROM patches.
