cd7bbee2cf Add glibc-gconv-extra to avoid error: 
Charset "ISO-8859-2" is not supported. msgfmt relies on iconv(),

in linux-utils package.

The Banana BPI-R4 [1] is based on the Mediatek Filogic 880.
