Add CONFIG_PACKAGE_kmod-tun for main-router config
...
To install tailscale/zerotier package, it is required to install
kmod-tun. That would not increase image size too much, but would help
to use that software.

Include wifi-scripts in all configs
...
Since commit [1], wifi scripts ucode would be required for wifi-scripts,
which also include MLO support.
Use newer configuration way by default.

parameter needs to be set to enable MLO feature.

Add settings for MLO in vanilla OpenWrt; enable sqm and qosify
...
The MLO feature is available now in OpenWrt, but so far
it is not supported by upstream mt76 yet.
Also install sqm and qosify at the same time for making some tests.
They can be just disabled in configuration file.

Enable bridger by default
...
According to the information in PR [1], to use WED for
local traffic L2, bridger needs to be installed.
Otherwise, WED would be not used.
Also it is important to leave HW offload enabled and
do not disable firewall on dumb ap's.
