Update qosify-pppoe config
...
It seems that with overhead 42 on FTTH + VLAN with PPPoE it works better
with 42 than 44 (with 900mbit/s bandwidth)

Add settings for MLO in vanilla OpenWrt; enable sqm and qosify
...
The MLO feature is available now in OpenWrt, but so far
it is not supported by upstream mt76 yet.
Also install sqm and qosify at the same time for making some tests.
They can be just disabled in configuration file.

Switch from SQM scripts to QoSify tool for better WifiCalling / VoWifi

It seems that SW offload needs to be enabled and installed Qosify to
proper estabilish wificalling / VoWifi connection.
