Daniel Golle 9ba7a83425 mediatek: mt7623: simplify partition generation ...

The two options 'emmc' and 'sdmmc' now became identical lines after
introducing CONFIG_TARGET_ROOTFS_PARTSIZE.
Remove the now useless if-clauses.
