John Crispin 23b2bd9494 linux-atm: update solos-pci driver to upstream ...

Fixes for the solos-pci driver.

- Corrects calculation of headroom for padding.
- Removes pointless debug messages.
- Expose Bis A and Bis M annex capabilities.
- Expose hardware revision.
