Alif M. Ahmad b1501a684b scripts/config: add qconf files to .gitignore

This commit adds qconf related files to .gitignore.
The files to be tracked are qconf.cc, qconf.h, and images.c.
The files to be ignored are qconf*.o, qconf*, qconf.moc, and
.tmp_qtcheck.
