Pawel Dembicki ed2839ac41 kernel/modules: add kmod-pmbus-zl6100 module ...

This patch adds the kmod packaging for the Intersil / Zilker Labs
ZL6100 and compatible digital DC-DC controllers as well as the
core kernel module for the Power Management Bus.

Add:
kmod-pmbus-core
kmod-pmbus-zl6100
