fe22625fac Multiple changes 
ng-buid
  - stop building f38
  - set f39 to stable (log overdue)
  - enable f40 (beta)

layers/build
  - stable is now 39
  - beta is now 40
  - rawhide is now 41

beaker/hyprland
  - add hypridle & lock
  - adding plugins back (-git for rawhide)

beaker/rpmfussion
  - the good intel and amd media codec drivers
  - getting the good (full) ffmpeg
  - still holding off on the additional codec's

d73dfb8dc5 Dropped podman-plugins (as its missing for rawhide) 
I think it also gets installed by podman anyway.

74239af3af Buiding beaker from fedora-ostree-desktop/base 
beaker repo needed to install codecs (do I really need if using flatpaks?)
  install the ublue-os-update-services (treating that as a repo)

build.sh
  slight re-org
    do the repo buits before installing packages

layers/install/tools & layers/install/system
  no longer using ublue as base for beaker adding the 'lost' packages here
  incase bunsen also moves

a2eeecab3e Big changes 
- main branch has been deprecated
  - atomic branch will be where everything is done going forward
  - moved bunsen build bits out of containers and now layers sit at the repos root
- updated build workflow to run on git push
- removed more ublue specific's
