Nico Berlee 0af8fe2fb5 feat: netstat pod support 
talosctl netstat -k show all host and non-hostnetwork pods sockets/connections.
talosctl netstat namespace/pod shows sockets/connections of a specific pod +
autocompletes in the shell.
