# Pull Request Template ## Description This PR includes improvements to Inbox view: 1. **Update the route to `:type/:id`** Previously, we used `notification_id` in the route. This has now been changed to use a more generic structure like `conversation/:id`, with `type` set to `"conversation"`. This refactor allows future support for other types like `contact`, making the route structure more flexible. It also fixes a critical issue: when a notification is open and a new notification arrives for the same conversation, the conversation view used to close unexpectedly.
