This calls gen_test_cases.sh in the proper environment.
Also, prevent gen_test_cases.sh from overriding test_file, to
provide stable signature (and avoid large git diff for no reason).

As we build features into futility, the standalone executables disappear.
Tests that invoke those executables will need to invoke futility instead.

In addtion, add test cases and a script to generate them for benchmarking. Also fixes a path problem with the run_rsa_tests.sh script.
