Vic Yang	33142ba9ac	ryu: Try to clear CHARGE_DONE when the lid is just closed ... For the transmitter to clear CHARGE_DONE, charging must be enabled. Therefore, we should always enable charging when the lid is just closed. BRANCH=ryu BUG=None TEST=Test on Ryu p1. Vic Yang	050c7df011	Add inductive charging control module ... This module controls the inductive charging transmitter. For now, the policy is to charge whenever possible.
