Vincent Palatin 0aa39fc1e6 helper script to flash EC on boards ...

The script ensures that the servo parameters are correct,
and restores original servo parameters afterwards.

Daisy EC flashing works from the build tree :
 ./util/flash_ec --board=daisy --ro

The Link flashing is using the new openOCD 0.5.0 in the chroot.
