Aaron Durbin 09c88c34e8 rambi: pullup SUS_STAT# ...

The SUS_STAT# from the SoC doesn't have a pullup resistor stuffed
on the other side of the FET separating the 1.8V and 3.3V signals.
Therefore use the internal pull.

BUG=None
BRANCH=None
TEST=Built and loaded on a rambi. SUS_STAT# doesn't appear to float any
     more.
