Kyösti Mälkki 3b4b069a0c AGESA binaryPI: Remove heapmanager from romstage ...

With AMD_INIT_ENV and AMD_INIT_S3LATERESTORE moved
from romstage to ramstage, heapamanager in romstage
is no longer needed.
