Vincent Palatin b0d1d11655 zinger: implement fault protection ...

Detect over-current and over-voltage and trigger a fault.

The over-current threshold is 10% over 3A (3.3A).

Only currently implement the slow protection,
the fast interrupt-based one will be done later.
