Jett Rink 8f6fff795b lpc/espi: convert remaning CONFIG_LPC to CONFIG_HOSTCMD_X86 ...

We have converted all LPC-only configs to HOSTCMD_LPC so the remaining
CONFIG_LPC defines represent the common case.
