Gwendal Grignou 61d0caf338 ryu: Use get_base to access flash location

Previous assumption assumed that the flash was remapped
to address 0.
This is not the case anymore since cl/210063

BUG=chrome-os-partner:30997
TEST=Check we can boot the EC now.
