Mike Frysinger 6c34ecf61b rename common.mk to build.mk

This is to avoid confusion with the canonical common.mk file that is
a CrOS build system.

TEST=`cros_run_unit_tests --board x86-alex -p vboot_reference` still works

arch/ is stuff that defines the architecture-dependent information (only used in
firmware build mode).

lib/ is stuff that the BIOS needs to link with.

stub/ is stuff to be implemented by the BIOS.

include/ describes the interfaces between the two parts.
