Randall Spangler 6c9f097380 Revert "Enter key at DEV screen no longer transition to TONORM screen"

This reverts commit 2b45044edf

We will instead flush the keyboard buffer at the start of screens which accept keyboard input.

arch/ is stuff that defines the architecture-dependent information (only used in
firmware build mode).

lib/ is stuff that the BIOS needs to link with.

stub/ is stuff to be implemented by the BIOS.

include/ describes the interfaces between the two parts.
