Bill Richardson 73701c4637 cr50: Rename EXTENSION_EC to EXTENSION_ECC

I keep thinking this refers to "Embedded Controller" instead of
"Elliptic Curve Cryptography". Make it clearer.

There's no functional change, I'm just renaming a constant.
