Vic Yang afe7cda377 Revert "Add back LPC temperature read command as workaround." ...

This reverts commit dfe22b2b1e.
We seem to have solved I2C block issue. Reverting the workaround LPC
command and ectool command.

TEST=Compilation succeed. Manually tested temperature polling still
