Hung-Te Lin 9ea8e0d390 firmware: Add TONORM_CONFIRM screen.

We need to alert user his change has been accepted for 5 seconds.

arch/ is stuff that defines the architecture-dependent information (only used in
firmware build mode).

lib/ is stuff that the BIOS needs to link with.

stub/ is stuff to be implemented by the BIOS.

include/ describes the interfaces between the two parts.
