Martin Roth c6a8d2ca7b intel/mohonpeak: Change SEABIOS_MALLOC_UPPERMEMORY to config_seabios ...

Instead of the SEABIOS_MALLOC_UPPERMEMORY option, use a saved SeaBIOS
.config file to do the same thing.
