Randall Spangler c6fa98d2ed vboot2: Fix potential null pointer dereference

If key is null in vb2_verify_digest(), we could attempt to dereference
it.  In practice it never is, but for safety's sake we should avoid
the reference.

arch/ is stuff that defines the architecture-dependent information (only used in
firmware build mode).

lib/ is stuff that the BIOS needs to link with.

stub/ is stuff to be implemented by the BIOS.

include/ describes the interfaces between the two parts.
