Alec Berg adbd5a0c9a firefly: default to requesting 20V ...

Change default to request 20V.

BUG=none
BRANCH=none
TEST=Load onto a firefly. Plug in a zinger, make sure 20V LED
lights up. Press other buttons to make sure we can change the
requested voltage to 5V and 12V.
