Satoru Takabayashi 25364052f2 Revert for fixing the chromium os build. 
Revert "This change define the data structure of bmp block and implements the create more of bmpblk_utility. It reads a YAML config file, parse the informations, and creates bmpblock file as output."

This reverts commit 95b0ae01ea.

arch/ is stuff that defines the architecture-dependent information (only used in
firmware build mode).

lib/ is stuff that the BIOS needs to link with.

stub/ is stuff to be implemented by the BIOS.

include/ describes the interfaces between the two parts.
