Mattias Nissler dc060ace1b tpm_lite: Add TlclGetSpaceInfo 
The new TlclGetSpaceInfo function returns more detailed information
about a defined NVRAM space. The existing TlclGetPermissions function
is now using TlclGetSpaceInfo behind the scenes.
