Martin Roth de60e603e8 amdfw: Clean up makefiles a bit more ...

- Get rid of CONFIG_ prefix from variables that don't come from Kconfig.
- Remove 2nd set of variables that are duplicates of the first set.
- Delete duplicate set of Prerequisites
