The previous boards that used double tap both used lightbar sequence. Eve, also needs double tap, but doens't have lightbar. Added a board specific call when processing the double tap event to allow more flexibility. BUG=b:35584895 BRANCH=none TEST=Manual tested double tap and verified it was detected based on the console print.
