Martin Roth ed0ee0a83d util/lint: Update license header lint scripts ...

- Check for original LinuxBIOS header from LANL
- Check for the BSD style license used in x86emu

- Add top level checks for src/cpu and src/vboot
- Add drivers dir check for aspeed, emulation, and sil
- Add mainboard dir check for digitallogic
